Please note that the "2 Bedroom Pool Side View " and "2 Bedroom Pool Side View with Sheraton Facilities " allows 4 guests per room. However, in case there are more than 4 individuals checking into the room, guests will need a compulsory extra bed upon check in which can be paid directly at the resort.

Please note that Sun Villas are serviced apartments, with no hotel service or front office. The check in will take place at the registration office (Human Resource office), placed on the left hand side of the entrance. Check in time is between 02:00-5:00 pm only. However, if guests are checking in outside the allorted time, please kindly contact agoda customer service at least a day in advance.

Please be informed that guests residing at Sunvilla for less than a week are subject to 60 units of electricity/day. For additional usage of electricity guests will be charged 7 Baht/Unit. While guests staying for more than one week are to pay 7 Baht/Unit for electricity usage.

Please note that Sunvillas Hua Hin Blue Lagoon is a condominium property. Each room is decorated differently and room will be assigned according to availability. Guests are advised to check in at the condominium reception.

Please note that this property is shared the same entrance with Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa; however, facilities and services are completely separated. Guests of the property are not allowed to use Sheraton’s facilities.

Children and extra beds:
Children under 11 stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children aged 11 or over must use an extra bed.
