Please note that a security deposit is required, in cash or by credit card, upon check-in date as following details;

Accommodation between 1-3 nights, a security deposit of 3,000 THB is required.
Accommodation between 4-7 nights, a security deposit of 5,000 THB is required.
Accommodation above 8 nights, a security deposit of 10,000 THB is required.

The Security Deposit is taken for purposes of backing up any lost or damaged goods. However, it will be returned to the guest on the departure date.

Children and extra beds:
Children under 13 stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children aged 13 or over must use an extra bed.
